Volunteer Testimonials
What our volunteers have to say about being part of our team:
“The Shuffle allows me to give back to the community I call home, experience firsthand the music that I love so much, and have the chance to work alongside so many unique and diverse people that I now call my friends." Randy Freer
“ Volunteering at the Southside Shuffle allows me to combine my passion for music with my desire to help all the wonderful organizers who work hard all year to make it happen. It’s a joy to contribute to an event that brings people together year after year to celebrate music while having so much fun too!” Denise Haggart
“Volunteering with the Southside Shuffle each year fills my heart with joy as I witness the community and neighbourhood coming together through music and art. Being part of their volunteer team is a privilege, I believe; helping out to create unforgettable experiences for all who attend is fulfilling.” Hazem Zienelabdeen
“I have been volunteering for over 40 years and love it!! One of the many events I volunteer at is the Southside Shuffle! – Bev Covert
