2019 Volunteer Awards

It was another great party! Thank you for coming out to enjoy some great food and entertainment. Special thanks to all the Board members, Team Leaders and volunteers who provided food and to our participating restaurants: Tim Hortons Westchester Mall, Ombretta Cucina,  Port Credit Social House, Burrito Boyz, Clarkson Pump & Patio, Crooked Cue, La Villa Bakery and Port House Social Bar & Kitchen. 

The food was amazing as always!
 

Big shout out to Ray Walsh, Les Graham and Rob Urqhuart and their band All Night Mule for providing the entertainment. There was lots of activity on the dance floor!  A special thanks to all the team leaders and members of the Board of Directors and Advisory Board.

As part of the volunteer appreciation party, the Southside Shuffle Board of Directors present awards in various categories.  This years’ winners who were unable to attend are:
Student Volunteer of the Year:       Joshua Durham, Rowan Kiln, Michael Pavle, Dasha Sterehova and Kiara Yoshino

Rookie Volunteer of the Year:         Jeff Bellis, Molly Bellis, Joy Cunningham, Annette Skujins and Michele Vidad
Volunteer of the Year:                      Judi Lloyd and Martha Shepard
Outstanding Achievement Award: Jane McGhee
Volunteer Hall of Fame:                   Barbara Baxter and Mary Miskic
 

Thank you to all our volunteers for making our 21st anniversary so special. You are the heart and soul of the Festival.  I hope to see all of you back in 2020.
