Do I have to pay to get into the park?

The Festival offers two free music stages in the south end of the park that includes a free Kids Zone with an art workshop & face painting plus vendor village.


What do I have to pay to get into the ticketed area of the park?

General admission for the weekend is very reasonable to hear 20 bands performing on two stages of continuous music. A weekend pass is $30. Only coming for a day or two? Friday general admission is $10 and Saturday or Sunday $15 per day.


What happens if it rains?

The Festival is a rain or shine event. Bring an umbrella and/or rain poncho.


Can I purchase food?

We have many food vendors in the south-end of the park in our Vendor Village all offering a variety of food including BBQ.


What should I bring?        

This year, the festival returns to Port Credit Memorial Park, where there is plenty of green, grassy space for everyone, but feel free to bring a blanket to sit on, or some lawn chairs to make the experience that much more comfortable. If the day is sunny, bring a hat and some sunscreen. If the day looks grey, bring an umbrella and catch some exciting entertainment in the rain. 

Do you have handicapped washrooms?

Yes, there are handicapped washrooms throughout the park.


If I want a break from the music, where can I go?

The Festival has a quiet zone behind the Tim Hortons Coffee Truck with picnic benches where you can take a break from the four stages.


What are the Park Rules?

  • No smoking of any kind including vaping in Memorial Park

  • No pets allowed ( certified service dogs excepted)

  • No outside alcohol

  • No friendly fireworks

  • No bike riding

  • No outside food

  • No skateboarding, hover boards or Segway’s

  • No smoking in Kids Zone

  • Do not leave children unattended

What if I suddenly become ill?

Seek assistance from a volunteer or make your way to the St. John Ambulance tent located inside the gate by the Port Credit Arena entrance to the Park where paramedics will assist you.


What payment methods are accepted?

Cash only there are ATM’s on site.


How do I get there?

There is a Go Train station located right by the park. There is a MiWay bus stop in front of the Port Credit Library at the main entrance area to the park which includes bicycle parking as well.


Is there parking available?

Yes, see the map here. Port Credit Arena parking is closed to the public during the Festival. Located at Port Credit Memorial Park (40 Lakeshore Road East) there is limited parking at the municipal lot at the library off Stavebank, and there are municipal lots south of Lakeshore.


What is included with the Bourbon Street Tent tickets?

Covered seating, dedicated bar service stations, upgraded washrooms and great sight lines for both stages in the ticketed area and and a real New Orleans feel. $70 for a weekend pass buy here.


How or where do I enter?

During the Festival the grounds are accessed through two entrances:

        the Lakeshore Road East entrance

        the entrance at the bottom of the parking lot at the Arena.
